This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Number Merge Puzzle (the "App"), published on the Google Play Store.

The App does not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:
The App has no INTERNET permission declared in its Android manifest. It is technically incapable of sending any data to any server.
The App saves a small amount of game progress data using Android's SharedPreferences — a sandboxed local key-value store that cannot be accessed by other apps. All data exists only on your device.

You can delete all of this data at any time from within the App (Settings → Reset) or by uninstalling the App from your device.
Number Merge Puzzle requests no permissions at runtime. The only system-level capability used is writing to the app's own private SharedPreferences storage, which requires no declared permission on Android.

The App contains no third-party SDKs, libraries, or services
of any kind beyond Flutter's core framework and the official
shared_preferences Flutter plugin (which only reads and
writes to local device storage).
Specifically, the App includes none of the following:
Number Merge Puzzle is suitable for users of all ages. Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, it fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy with respect to data handling.
No data is collected from children or adults alike.
Because no personal data is collected or processed, the obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) that relate to personal data processing do not apply to this App in a practical sense.
However, you retain full control over the game data stored on your device:
Since no data is ever sent to any server, there is no external database to request erasure from.
If the App's data practices ever change (for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync or analytics), this Privacy Policy will be updated before or alongside that App update, and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the revision.
Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
